1. Overview

a2z Edu Tracker has established the following product pricing guidelines to ensure consistency and fairness in the fees charged by technical partners for products and related implementation support provided to customers. These guidelines are designed to balance affordability for schools with fair compensation for partners.

2. Pricing Structure

Pricing for a2z Edu Tracker products and implementation support follows a standardized structure that considers the scope, deployment requirements, and level of customization needed. The following categories and price ranges apply:

2.1. Product Setup & Configuration

Basic Setup & Configuration: Includes initial system setup and standard configuration of the a2z Edu Tracker platform for a school.

• Price: Up to ₦25,000

Advanced Setup & Custom Configuration: Includes full system setup, advanced configuration, and customization of the platform to meet the school’s specific operational needs.

• Price: Up to ₦100,000

2.2. Product Training

Individual Training: One-on-one or staff-focused training sessions on how to effectively use the a2z Edu Tracker platform.

• Price: Up to ₦25,000

Group Training: Structured training sessions for larger groups such as teachers, administrative staff, students, or parents.

• Price: Up to ₦300,000

2.3. Product Data Management

Data management covers ongoing administrative use of the a2z Edu Tracker platform on behalf of a school. This includes tasks such as uploading student results, managing records, and generating report cards. Partners must apply a per-student pricing model for this offering. Fees may be charged as a lump sum or itemized per student.

Price Per Student: Up to ₦1,500 per student, per academic term

3. Price Adjustments

Any pricing outside these standard limits must receive prior written approval from a2z Edu Tracker.

4. Billing & Payment

• Technical partners must provide detailed invoices to customers for all products and related support delivered.
• Invoices should include a clear breakdown of items provided, scope of work (if applicable), and the corresponding pricing.
• Payment terms must be clearly stated on each invoice and must align with a2z Edu Tracker’s standard payment policies.
• Partners are required to provide copies of invoices and receipts to a2z Edu Tracker upon request.

5. Review & Revisions

a2z Edu Tracker reserves the right to review and update these pricing guidelines periodically. Partners will be notified of any changes at least thirty (30) days before the revised guidelines take effect.
